About THCH

We have 3 area offices, employ over 80 staff and are financially very strong.  We have a significant development programme that is expected to generate some 100 new properties per annum.

THCH was formed in March 2000 with Government funding of £21 million secured from Round 3 of the Estates Renewal Challenge Fund for the transfer of 1,249 homes owned by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, including 215 leased properties. Further homes transferred to THCH in 2004 (Tarling Estate) and 2006 following the successful ballot (via Housing Choice) of Norton House and the Mansford and Avebury East Estates.
