Director of Finance

Harneck joined THCH in 2005, following a 14 year career in social housing finance spanning all 3 strands of the RSL sector (large mainstream RSLs, LSVTs and Supported Housing).  Harneck has worked at the Finance Director since 1996.  Prior to this, Harneck had 8 years of professional accountancy experience having trained with Neville Russell (now called Mazars) in London.  Harneck joined Family HA in 1991 before moving onto Ridgehill HA and subsequently New Era HA as their Finance Director.  Harneck's most recent position before joining THCH was as Finance Director at the Brighton Housing Trust.  Harneck has also served on the Group Board of the Horizon Group for the past 6 years.

Peter Exton Dip Arch (Hons)

Director of Development

Peter has worked for 4 Local Authorities and Family Housing Association over 25 years. Peter joined THCH in October 2000 and is a member of his Parish Council and member of the Tower Hamlets Homelessness Partnership Board.

David Eatwell BA (Hons)

Director of Housing

David joined THCH from LB of Southwick in March 2006 after 23 years in local authority housing management in both Lewisham and Southwick.  David started his career on the Pepys Estate in Deptford in 1983 and was a Neighbourhood Manager from 1992 - working mainly in Bermondsey adn Peckham.  In 2004 David became Area Manager in Peckham.  David is a Common Purpose Graduate and a Trustee of the Caroline Gardens Building Preservation Trust.
