At THCH we recognise everyone has the right to their chosen lifestyle, providing it does not spoil the quality of life for others.
We recognise and accept there has to be a degree of tolerance of and respect for the requirements and needs of others.
At THCH we will:
- Take all reports of Anti Social Behaviour seriously
- Investigate reports of of racial or sexual harassment, or domestic violence within 24 hours if it is on our property
- Not disclose information to any other party without your permission or without following agreed protecols
- Not get involved in minor neighbour disputes or where other remedies are available to the individuals
- Work in partnership with other agencies to either try to mediate or take other action where appropriate
