Why have a Consumer Panel? THCH is committed to improvement. It is through feedback from residents that we hope to improve all the services we offer. Through the Consumer Panel we will ascertain views from residents on a number of issues and review the responses to see if and where we need to change.
What does it involve? All we ask is that every three months you complete a short questionnaire. We will contact you either by post, email or telephone.
What happens next? THCH's Senior Management Team will review the responses and if necessary, make appropriate changes to how we operate - so there is constant improvement throughout the organisation.
What to do if you want to become involved. Please complete the following on-line application form. Your details will be added to our Consumer Panel Focus Group and we will contact you every 3 months.
Results will be published in Update, our resident newsletter delivered to all households each month.
