All THCH tenants have the right to carry out a mutual exchange (swapping their home with another tenant) as long as the exchange is into an appropriately sized property according to the age and size of their household.
THCH have signed up to the national mutual exchange service called HomeSwapper.
This scheme has over 90,000 teannts from over 300 Housing Associations from across the UK looking to swap their home. This service is FREE for THCH tenants as we have agreed to pay the annual fee.
