Residents enjoy a picnic lunch and trip to the hop fields
A number of THCH residents were treated to a day trip to Kent on Saturday, 7 May, stopping off for a picnic lunch before visiting the hop fields at Hayle Farm, near Tonbridge.
The trip had been organised after Kent resident, Teresa Wickham, saw one of our annual Hopping Booklets and recognised her farm from one of the photos, contacted THCH and invited a group of residents down for the day.
Everyone at THCH and all the residents who attended wish to thank Teresa for her hospitality and for opening her gardens and arranging the trip to the hop farm.
