Switch now to avoid missing payments
We recently changed banks when meant we had to issue all residents with replacement rent and service charge payment 'swipe cards'.
However, we note a small number of residents are still using their old cards,
Our old bank closes the THCH account on 31 December 2011. Any payment made on the old card will be delayed for a considerable length of time before they show on you account - this could mean your rent or service charge account looks like it is in arrears.
Please switch to the new card now to avoid any problems in the new year.
If you have misplaced the new card or didn't receive it, please contact Nuruz or Islam on 020 7780 3070 and we will send a replacement to you.
