In-house football match raises funds for Prostate Cancer Charity
Last year, staff went without their razors as they grew moustaches to raise awareness of prostate cancer.
This year, THCH held an Office Based verses Estate Based charity football game to raise money in support of the "Movember" Prostate Cancer Charity.
Played in icy conditions as the first truly cold day of winter hit home, staff donated their time and raised £300 for this worthy cause.
For the record, Office Based staff beat their Estate colleagues 15-7... In a game that was much closer than the score line shows.
Organiser, Farrukh Rouf said "Thanks to everyone for helping out, raising funds and highlighting this cause. We hope to make this game a regular occurance and possibly arrange games against other housing associations or local businesses and rasie even more money next year".
