Survey forms tells us how we did but also mean you could win some money
If you have ever used a THCH service, such as the repairs service, or applied for re-housing, made a complaint or informed us about anti-social behaviour, you would have received a survey form asking how you felt about the service you received from THCH.
Each month in Update we publish details of the repairs satisfaction winner.
The draw was recently made for the Complaints Survey for 2010/11 and the winner of the survey, who received a cheque for £100, was a resident living in Bethnal Green.
The winner of the annual Lettings survey, was also a resident of Bethnal Green and also receives a cheque for £100.
Please remember to return any surveys sent to you as they are a valuable method of self-appraisal and could also win you some money.
