Come and meet your local firefighters
Shadwell Fire Station in Cable Street, Shadwell will be holding an Open Day on Saturday, 11 September between 11:00am and 3:00pm.
The day will offer residents the chance to meet their local firefighters, learn about fire safety - with safety in the kitchen being the day's theme - receive advice on fire alarm fitting, watch fire rescue demonstrations and take part in a 'create a poster' competition.
