Guided by Bethnal Green Handyperson, Mark Sullivan, volunteers from Canary Wharf banking giant, Morgan Stanley put on their overalls, picked up a paint brush and helped freshen up the two main halls at the Minerva Community Centre on 13 July.

Each year, employees from Morgan Stanley deliver services to their local communities.

The painting programme, which saw the bank donate their staff time and provide the paint and equipment was organised by Tower Hamlets charity, IDCF which is dedicated to improving the lives of people in the Borough.

Morgan Stanley say "We are committed to doing our share as a reasonable corporation by improving the quality of life in the communities where our employees live and work".
