The awards celebrate the outstanding projects run by housing associations from accross the county with the winners selected by a panel of independent tenant judges.
Our entry was the Aspire Community Works project, which is a new social enterprise role model for the housing sector and won the 'Best Impact on the Community' and 'Best Impact on Residents' awards.
The awards were presented by David Orr, Chief Executive of the National Housing Federation.
The Aspire Community Works project is the first of its type in London and is now attracting interest from a number of other housing providers from across London.
