Our Service Guarantee covers a wide range of services including general standards on how we aim to provide the service overall including how we plan to offer you value for money.  More specifically, these standards cover how you can be involved with THCH, how we maintain your home, how we manage your tenancy and how we will work with other agencies to improve your neighbourhood and tackle anti-social behaviour.
