A new look for a new era - THCH launch new look and website
We’re delighted to unveil THCH’s new look today to usher in a new era for us as we take a big step forward in improving our communications with residents and making sure you are able to access information and support easily when you need it.
Since our formation in 2000, THCH’s focus has been on empowering our residents, encouraging communities to thrive and delivering sustainable investment to existing and new housing stock in our borough. In that time we have invested in all the estates we manage and brought all our homes and properties up to the decent home standard, and we still have big ambitions for what more we can achieve for our local communities.
Our new look is based on extensive resident’s feedback - you told us you wanted us to improve our communication and have a website that was more up to date, easier to navigate and more user-friendly. You also told us that you wanted to be able to access more information online and be able to access support more easily.
Our new website has been designed with all of this in mind. We have worked in partnership with residents to provide better access to information and the ability to manage your THCH account through our new ‘My Corner’ portal. My Corner is a free, safe, and secure online service that can be used anytime, anywhere, and on any device to view and manage your relationship with THCH - from checking your balance to paying your rent or reporting a repair, you can now easily manage everything in one place.
We have also added more information to view on the website so that you can access the content you need whenever you need it. And, of course, we are still on hand via our normal telephone numbers and email to help you when you need it.
We will be bringing forward more developments to our website over the coming months and years, so please do get in touch with us if you have any ideas or if there is anything that you would like to see.
