Our Resident Scrutiny Panel, consisting of 4 dedicated residents, has recently completed an in-depth look at the Customer Services Team.
Following a number of meetings with staff, analysis of data and shadowing staff members , the Panel presented a comprehensive report to our November Operations Committee.
A total of 15 recommendations were made by the Panel, of which 9 were fully or partially agreed by the Committee and 4 were already in place. More training and better use of the in house IT systems were the main recommendations.
An action plan with timescales has been developed for implementing these recommendations and we will be working to bring in the changes over the coming months. .
