Have your say on our Resident Service Offer and how it is measured
Experience tells us that making sure resident have an opportunity to shape how our service is delivered brings real value to the organisation. We last consulted on our service offer back in 2017, there have been many immediate changes in response to the current Coronavirus pandemic as well as longer term changes that will be made following the Grenfell tragedy.
The purpose of this consultation is to seek views and questions from residents on the proposed service offer for 2021 to 2024
From your responses, THCH will consider whether any changes are required to the service offer.
It should be noted that the service offer must be compliant to social housing regulation and guidance. Because of this, THCH may be limited in changes that can be applied.
What changes are we proposing?
We are making clear commitments to our residents about what can be expected of us, and we are making a clear statement about what we expect from residents.
We have shaped the service offer following resident consultation on what you believe our areas of improvement must be. We have then aligned the service offer to the National Housing Federation Together with tenant Charter https://www.housing.org.uk/our-work/together-with-tenants/ and the Governments social housing white paper https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/the-charter-for-social-housing-residents-social-housing-white-paper/the-charter-for-social-housing-residents-social-housing-white-paper
We will be restructuring our staff groups to help deliver our plans.
