THCH has 3 Corporate Objectives which are; Getting back to good, unlocking our potential and growth for the future. Each year we will be setting actions that will help us achieve these objectives. Your comments or suggested actions for the 2018/19 year would be very much appreciated.
For you to comment it might help if I provide some examples of the types of actions that we are considering. Under the Objective “getting back to good” we are considering undertaking a review of fixed versus variable service charges. Under the Objective of “unlocking our potential” we are considering the introduction of call recording to assist with the training of staff. Finally, under the Objective of “growth for the future” we are planning to ask for up to date email addresses and phone numbers of residents so that we can improve the way that we communicate.
The above are just some examples of the actions that we’re proposing for 2018/19. You will see that they relate to all residents as opposed to an action for a specific resident or property.
