The December residents newsletter contained an article about the proposal to change THCH’s corporate status to a Community Benefit Society (CBS). As advised in this article, conversion will allow THCH to continue to act efficiently and will not change the rights of tenants or leaseholders. Thank you to those residents who commented on the proposal.
Whilst we are taking the steps to proceed with conversion to a CBS, we would like to take this opportunity to consult with residents on further constitutional changes that THCH needs to put in place in the light of new Regulations that have come into force. These changes relate to shareholding and to board membership.
