Paying your Rent or Service Charge
Paying your rent or service charge could not be easier.
You will need to register and have your Payment Reference Number on you. Your Payment Reference Number is the long number on your THCH Payment Card.
Pay by Phone
Payment can be made by Debit or Credit card to:
020 7780 3070 (THCH Office – weekdays, 8:30am to 5pm)
Pay by allpay
Residents with an iPhone or Android phone can download the allpay app and pay their rent, service charge and major works from their smart phone. Please click here to download the app.
Pay by Text (SMS)
This service is provided by allpay. Residents will have to register first and must have their payment card number (the long number) with them when they initially register.
Payment can be made with a THCH Payment Card at:
PayPoint – Cash only
Post Office – Cash, cheque (payable to Post Office Ltd), Debit or Credit Card
Pay in Person
Head Office – Cheque only
If you would like to pay your bills by Direct Debit, please download and complete the appropriate form and return it to the Finance Team, 285 Commercial Road, London, E1 2PS.
Request a Rent refund
You can ask for a rent refund if you’ve paid too much rent or if you are a former tenant with a credit balance
Please note – it can take up to six weeks for your refund to complee. Before we can begin processing the request, we must:
– check that you do not owe any other monies to THCH.
– check with Tower Hamlets Revenues & Benefits Section to make sure there has been no over-payments.
In order to apply for a refund, please download, complete and return the Refund request application form. As long as there are no issues, we will be able to go ahead and process your refund.
