Please call the out of hours number to update Elite if you change your vehicle or buy a vehicle over a weekend or bank holiday.
You must then contact us at the earliest opportunity and provide all the relevant documents to THCH.
You are responsible for updating THCH of the change in vehicle details otherwise you maybe be liable for a Parking Notice Charge.

How do I apply for a new parking bay and permit?
There are three stages:
1. Apply for a parking bay
Complete an application form and send it to THCH 285 Commercial Road London E1 2PS.
2. Proof of residence and vehicle ownership
You will also need to send copies of your Vehicle registration (Logbook), MOT and Insurance documents. If you do not provide proof of vehicle ownership and have a clear household account, THCH will not process your application and it will be rejected. Once your application is accepted, you will be included on to the waiting list for the area of your choice. When a space becomes available you will be allocated the parking bay subject to a clear household account and asked to sign a licence agreement with your Housing Officer.
3. Receiving your parking permit
Elite Parking Management will advise you of your virtual permit. Paper permits will not be issued. A £25 administration fee is payable to Elite.
If my current permit has an expiry date or is due to expire, do I need to apply for a new one?
No, you should receive a reminder from Elite Parking Management explaining how to renew your permit and what documents are required. There is a £25 administration fee for the issue of permits.
What if I change my vehicle?
If you change your vehicle then you will need to provide the documents outlined below to Elite Parking Management but you will not incur any additional charges for administering this.
• Vehicle registration (Logbook)
• Insurance documents
If you do not provide the correct forms of ID, Elite Parking Management will not be able to process your request.
Can I post the paperwork?

Do you have a valid MOT, insurance and road tax?
We carry out regular estate inspections; if we find that your vehicle does not have valid road tax we will notify the DVLA and you may also be issued with a parking charge notice.
I owe THCH money – can I still keep my parking space?
If your rent account is in arrears and you have been served with a Notice to Quit, you will be given seven days to clear the arrears from the date of the notice, after which your permit will be revoked.

• Standing Order
• Swipe card
Cash payments are not accepted.
