Our new hub, designed to provide guidance on the support and advice available to you during this cost of living crisis

In line with new government guidelines, we are carrying out further in-depth investigative external wall surveys on some of our buildings. We’ve partnered with specialist property surveyors, Airey Miller, to provide these surveys. They will act as independent consultants to find the best solution.

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities has launched a consultation to invite views from social housing residents and landlords on a proposed rent cap.
