Our board
THCH is a subsidiary of the Hyde Group, meaning we have a Local Board that reports to Hyde.
The Hyde Group lead on regulatory submissions and group-level decisions. THCH's Local Board review our performance, risk, finances and accounts, regulation and compliance, and strategic aims.
They will also ensure we deliver our promises to residents by overseeing our integration with Hyde.

Our Local Board is made up of residents, experts and representatives that have been chosen for their experience and knowledge of the housing sector. They monitor our performance closely, ensuring we deliver our strategies and services effectively.
