  • Make a rent or service charge payment

Service charges

Your service charge covers the cost of providing communal services to your building and estate.

As a leaseholder, you pay a variable charge, meaning you only pay for the services you receive. Before the financial year begins, we provide an estimated charge based on expected costs. The following September, you'll receive final statements showing what was actually spent. If the estimate was higher than the actual cost, you'll receive a credit (money owed to you). If the actual cost was higher, you'll have an undercharge (money owed to us).

Please note: Your service charges and actuals are still being managed by THCH until the start of the next financial year. While you’ll be making payments to Hyde, details about your specific charges and how to make payments to Hyde are available via the links below.
