Our new Cost of Living Hub

Do you know where to access support services during this difficult time?

Visit our cost-of-living hub

We’ve all been affected by the cost-of-living crisis. And we know that throughout our community, many people may be worried about paying bills and other essentials over the winter months ahead.

How we’re supporting our residents:

  • 60% of our homes are for social rent; typically, 50-60% of market rent
  • Our average rent is around £500 per month, compared to the £1436 across the Borough
  • 96% of our residents do not pay more than 35% of their income (considered 'affordable')
  • We have dedicated Tenancy Support Officers to help our residents sustain their tenancies
  • We’re a not for profit: by reinvesting our profit where it’s needed most, we create sustainable places people are proud of

We’re living in difficult times, and sometimes we need that extra support.

Our hub has been designed to provide guidance on the support and advice available. You will find information on:

  • Government support
  • Available support from our local authority
  • Useful points of contact for advice and support
  • Simple tips on saving money and energy

The months ahead may seem uncertain, but we are here to help. Visit our hub or contact us directly:
