Fire Risk Assessments (FRA)

A FRA is an inspection of buildings with an internal shared/communal area. It will assess the risk of a fire occuring, the likelihood of occupants being able to respond to a fire, and the consequences of a fire happening in the building.

As part of our commitment to improve transparency and accountaibility with our residents, we've published them on our website. If you can't find yours, just get in touch.
