Fire Risk Assessments (FRA)
A FRA is an inspection of buildings with an internal shared/communal area. It will assess the risk of a fire occuring, the likelihood of occupants being able to respond to a fire, and the consequences of a fire happening in the building.

Our FRAs are carried out by Turner and Townsend.
As a resident, is there anything I’m responsible for concerning FRA?
