Leopold Buildings

Latest update

We’re pleased to share that after a few months of assessments and surveys, the design stage of the upcoming building safety works is complete. We hope to begin the build stage in the late summer once we have confirmed our building contractor. Thank you for your continued patience on this project.

The building works have been designed to remediate the building and improve overall fire safety of the building, changing the EWS rating to B1. For further information on what the EWS rating means, and to find your current EWS rating (which is B2), please visit our EWS1 page.
