We’re pleased to share that after a few months of assessments and surveys, the design stage of the upcoming building safety works is complete. We hope to begin the build stage in the late summer once we have confirmed our building contractor. Thank you for your continued patience on this project.

Please note, as a brick, medium-height building, Geoffrey Woolley House doesn't require an EWS1 certificate. However, the safety assessment (PAS 9980) which we carried out, identified necessary improvements for safety. While upcoming works will enhance safety from a B2 to a B1 rating, an EWS certificate isn't needed for Geoffrey Woolley. For more details on PAS9980 methodology, click below.

Project: what we've done

  • In November 2023, our contractors began assessing the building to help with the planning and design. 
  • In December 2023, our contractors carried out ground surveys at Geoffrey Woolley House between 18-20 December. 
  • We held a resident meeting on 30 January 2024 to answer queries and to share the  proposed site set up for works commencing in 2024.
