Data Analyst - Asset Management

Job Description

£34,968 per annum | Permanent | 35 hours per week | Hybrid

 

If you have strong analytical and advanced Microsoft Excel skills as well as, experience in using and enjoying Databases, then we want to hear from you!

 

What you will be doing… you will lead on the analysis, updating and reporting of the property services database on stock condition, compliance, asset data and the repairs service, as well as implement the Asset Management system where required.

You will develop and co-ordinate the stock condition survey programmes and produce reports highlighting the outcomes relating to Decent Homes and future planning as well as produce key reports that will shape and inform THCH’s long term investment programme.

You will assist in the delivery of a high quality and customer focused repairs service and implement controls to manage data quality and integrity.

What we require of you... you will have experience working with complex databases, inputting, and managing data system as well as producing quality reports.

You will have good understanding of SAP energy data and developing programmes of improvement works.

You have strong data analytical skills, are detail oriented as well as able to translate large amounts of complex data into meaningful reports. You possess a good understanding of statistical concepts are eager to learn and able to priorities.

You are a confident communicator who can adapt their approach to various stakeholders.

Job Description

We are looking for a great communicator who is organised and able to prioritise tasks under pressure. You should be customer focused and able to deal with conflicting priorities.

You will have proven experience in tenancy and leasehold management. Have great analytical and problem-solving skills, with good IT knowledge. You can interpret leases, complex information, and management agreements. You have experience dealing with challenging or vulnerable customers and are confident in resolving conflicts. You easily develop good working relationships with a wide variety of people.

You will deliver a responsive, efficient, and high-quality customer focused tenancy, lease, and case management service. You will manage queries and cases in relation to matters arising out of rights and obligations in a resident’s tenancy or lease agreement.

You will pro-actively manage and monitor estate and block issues within a patch to provide for well-managed, safe, and attractive places for residents to live.

You will provide a visible housing management presence on patches, engaging with residents to improve satisfaction, communication, and service delivery.

You will sometimes be required to attend evening meetings as well as visits to estates and customer properties.

Operations Manager - Environmental Services

Job Description

£44,565 per annum | Permanent | 35 hours per week | Hybrid

If you are a strong leader who is experienced in managing change and can motivate and guide a team to deliver excellent customer focused service than we want to hear from you!

 

What you will be doing… you will lead on the monitoring and management of the in-house estate cleaning team and outsourced estate contracts to ensure the highest quality estates service is delivered, meets its targets, delivers value for money and customer satisfaction.

You will lead on overseeing, monitoring, managing and developing the in-house cleaning service. You will drive and imbed continuous improvement. You will ensure a safe, clean and high-quality external environment on estates and other locations is achieved. You will ensure compliance with health and safety provisions and relevant legislation to the service.

 

What we require of you... you will have proven experience of leading, managing and coordinating the work of dispersed teams, encouraging, and guiding them to deliver a proactive, adaptive, customer-focused and cost-effective service.

You will have experience of working and negotiating with contractors, contract management and monitoring performance. You take initiative and responsibility in managing complex workloads. You will have a holistic approach when responding to an emergency and take ownership to prevent similar incidents from reoccurring.

You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with a wide range of audiences, including individual customers, residents’ groups, and stakeholders. You are able to manage complex and difficult behaviours towards conflict resolution. You will have proficient IT skills and you are able to travel efficiently across the THCH stock and attend evening meetings.
