About the role

You’ll be working to resolve complaints at the first point of contact and will be supporting our service leads in responding to complaints. You will also be resolving resident enquiries including responsive repairs, tenancy management, parking, and lettings.

About you

You'll be a natural people person with a proactive, solution focussed attitude who thrives on performance and positive results and who is adaptable and willing to learn.

With proven experience working within a customer service environment, with complaint handling or case management experience, and excellent communication skills, you will manage and conclude enquiries effectively and sensitively at the point of contact where possible.

You'll be confident using document management systems and have demonstrable problem-solving skills, take ownership, and resolve customer enquiries with a 'Right First Time' approach.

You'll have a great team-spirit, with a continued understanding of the positive impact your work has on our residents. You will be polite, friendly, and professional with the ability to communicate to a wide range of people.
