THCH is seeking a passionate Complaints Officer to join our team and play a vital role in improving our customer experience.


About You:

  • Experience in complaints handling or problem-solving customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Finance Officer

About the role

As a Finance Officer, you will provide support in processing payments, handling supplier and staff queries, maintaining financial records, and assisting with the overall financial management tasks within the organization. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our financial processes.

In this role you will:

  • Process sundry and main BACS payments accurately and timely.
  • Reconcile supplier and bank statements regularly.
  • Maintain cashbooks and ensure data integrity.
  • Address and resolve supplier and staff queries promptly.
  • Enter and maintain accurate financial data.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • Support continuous improvement of financial processes.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments to support financial management.

 

About you

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and data entry.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills to build key relationships.
  • Experience in financial administration or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Part qualification in AAT/ACCA/CIMA.
